Innovating with dApps

From blockchain basics to real-world use cases, dApps are the key to a more autonomous beneficial ecosystem.

And they’ve been shaking up the digital landscape since their inception with greater trust, autonomy, and innovation.

But what exactly are dApps?

A decentralized application, or dApp, is a software application that runs on a distributed computing system, like a blockchain. And dApps are all about that open-source life. They use cryptographic tokens to incentivize users and developers, creating sustainable and innovative ecosystems.

Along with the innovation already taking place because of dApps, as the technology behind them continues to mature, we can expect even more exciting developments in the future.

Harnessing the power of web3 digital wallets

Digital wallets serve as a powerful portal to manage and transact with digital assets.

And they’ve come a long way since the early days of cryptocurrency, evolving to accommodate the growing demands of the web3 ecosystem.

But while there are many digital wallets on the market, one stands out by addressing critical needs and offering solutions that provide unique benefits to users and businesses alike: the RECUR wallet.

A look at web3 news stories of the week

There’s no shortage of web3 news lately. And sometimes, it can be hard to keep up.

Here are some that caught our eye. 👇

Feature of the week

Amanda Cassatt, CEO and Co-Founder of Serotonin

Ever wonder what the web3 space was like before it was known as web3? Back when Bitcoin was a few hundred dollars a coin? Well our feature of the week, Amanda Cassatt, was there when it all began.

As an early adopter of crypto, Amanda brought Ethereum to market as ConsenSys’ Chief Marketing Officer from 2016 to 2019 and from there built the first ever web3 marketing team. What a task that must have been!

Since then, she went on to found Serotonin, a marketing firm and product studio for transformative technologies with a spinout company, Mojito, where she is also the Co-Founder and President. And if that wasn’t enough to keep her busy, she most recently published a novel, Web3 Marketing, a book on the marketing and positioning of decentralized technologies.

So it’s no surprise that she’s been included on both Forbes and Inc. 30 under 30 lists in 2016 and speaks at events such as TechCrunch Disrupt, WEF, SALT, and Web Summit. Her work on Ethereum and NFTs has been covered in Vogue, The New York Times, The New Yorker, and Rolling Stones. 💫
