The RECUR Community Fund

What’s GOOD to our OG Community! As you may or may not know, we designed our RECUR Portal Pass NFT project as a generative art project with number & color rarity as well as utility for pass holders.

What is important to know, is that 100% of the proceeds from the royalty RECUR collects on all secondary RECUR Pass sales (5%) will be deposited into a RECUR Community Fund to further the greater web3 & NFT community at large.

How will we use the funds?

1. Support: RECUR is committed to helping further Web3 & the NFT community, including individual artists, new projects, exciting applications and more.
2. Education: Education is critical to the development of both blockchain technology, crypto, and the adoption of NFTs. A portion of proceeds from our Community Fund are reserved to foster this education by providing scholarships, grants, content development, and other educational endowments to those that have demonstrated immaculate curiosity, determination and passion for the space.

Who will decide how to allocate the funds?

1. The funds are determined by the RECUR Community Crew — a group of non-RECUR elected NFT OGs
2. YOU, our RECUR Community, can make recommendations!

When will investments be made & communicated?

Our elected Community Crew is starting to work on ways to contribute. Please drop a note in our Discord and make some suggestions! We want to hear from you and we are listening. Stay tuned for more information from the Community Crew.

What is the RECUR Pass Treasury?

10% of the original mint that occurred on December 9th, 2021 are reserved in our treasury.

NFTs reserved and held in the treasury are specifically intended for community events, rewards, partnerships, promotions, giveaways, airdrops and more!

All are publicly verifiable from the blockchain.
