Today, with heavy hearts, we must share some difficult news. After much contemplation and consideration, we’ve decided to deprecate the RECUR platform, effective November 16, 2023.
This decision has not been an easy one. However, unforeseen challenges and shifts in the business landscape have made it increasingly difficult for us to continue providing the level of service and dedication that we have always strived to maintain.
First and foremost, we want you to know that you will continue to have access to your NFTs and funds. To maintain access after we have deprecated the platform, you must withdraw your NFTs and funds before November 16, 2023. You can find further information about how to access your NFTs and withdraw your funds in our help center.
We understand the impact this news may have on you. Please know that we are doing everything we can to ensure a smooth transition for our community. Please refer to our help center for FAQs. Our team will also be available to assist you with any questions during this period.
Finally, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you for being an integral part of the RECUR community. Over the past two and a half years, we have formed incredible connections with you all. Your support, feedback, and loyalty have been the driving force behind our commitment to building the best experiences. It is with a deep sense of gratitude that we look back on the moments, both the triumphs as well as the challenges, that have shaped RECUR.
